This time, we had in our presence Lourenço Sá Nogueira from Casa do Impacto to share methods to generate impact in a project or Institution.
Lourenço covered the importance of defining a long-term plan to implement change in an Institution, the so-called “Change Theory” and the front-to-back view that needs to happen to start having results. The session followed a practical case to cement the contents learned.
