Things are slowly getting back to normalcy after the disruption Covid-19 introduced in our lives, and it was with great joy that we returned to our Networking Lunches last week. This time we had many new companies that introduced themselves to the more than 60 people that attended our lunch that took place at the C6 building, in a small interior garden that many in the Ciências’ community don’t know about! After a few inspiring words by Rita Tomé Rocha, our coordinator, and vice-dean Jorge Maia Alves, MBI, Drone Solutions, Sowé, PhD Trials and Sensefinity all got the chance to explain their activities and network while eating a delicious (and healthy and sustainable!) lunch provided by Sem Espiga, with whom we have worked in past events. Finally, we had the pleasure to have Bruno Santos Amaro, former coordinator of Tec Labs, spend the day with us, an opportunity to catch up.
And let’s not forget the help we got from the sun on that day!
