As Tec Labs navigates the ever-evolving world of innovation and entrepreneurship, it is the people behind our mission who make all the difference. Today, we say goodbye to Mariana de Oliveira, our Incubation Manager for the past 9 months.
Throughout her passage at Tec Labs, she has been a constant source of support to our startups as her drive and proactivity helped them achieve their potential. Her smile and energy made every challenge seem easier, despite the difficulties of managing a portfolio of around 40 startups.
Now, Mariana embarks on a new journey as she takes on her PhD, fully committing to her entrepreneurial vision with IMAGI Health, the project she’s been developing alongside her Biomedical Engineering colleagues. While we will miss her presence deeply, we are filled with pride and excitement as she continues to make a difference in the entrepreneurial ecosystem from a different perspective.
