Last week we had such a great time at the University Industry Innovation Network (UIIN) which we attended from 9 to 11 of May, in the lovely city of Budapest. Both our Coordinator, Rita Tomé Rocha, and Ana Prata, Coordinator of our Teaching Area of Innovation and Entrepreneurship, were present at the event and made the best out of the dozens of keynote panels, parallel sessions, and workshops organized and which important topics were debated such as the Future of Universities, new innovative and engaging ways of teaching, how to adapt to new tech trends such as the ones in AI or the Metaverse, among others.
At the end of the day growing on an international level which is our goal is only possible if we establish connections this event has been for two years in a row also a great opportunity to meet peers, exchange ideas, projects, best practices, and common strategies to overcome obstacles and it’s with people and for the people that we really like to work. In the end, we had a great time and are truly looking forward to next year!
